Atomcal -

Discord Extension

  1. Users can now pull events from Discord into the calendar. This feature is disabled by default and must be turned on manually.
  2. Server owners can now easily remove the Atomcal extension from their Discord server with a confirmation step.
  3. Only one calendar can be paired with a server, preventing duplicate connections. Multiple servers can still link to the same calendar.

Voice Channel Improvements

  1. The voice channel selector is disabled if no voice channels are available.
  2. If the previously selected voice channel was deleted, it now shows as “Unknown”.

“Announce on Creation” Toggle Restriction

This toggle is now disabled unless a default announcement channel is selected.

Calendar & Template Settings

  1. The host role in calendar settings is now renamed to “Admin Role” and clarified in the description.
  2. A new field in general settings lets you set a total number of event seats, which overrides individual ticket-level seat counts.

Sub-calendar Syncing


Sub-calendars can now sync different events with the same community/server.

Waitlist

  1. When all seats are filled, new guests are automatically added to the waitlist.
  2. Guests in the waitlist can’t update their status unless tickets become available.
