Actions
The Actions tab provides quick-access tools for managing and troubleshooting event synchronization and announcements across Discord, Google, and Twitch. Here’s a detailed description of each action available.
Event Import and Synchronization
- Import Existing Discord Events
Brings existing Discord events into Atomcal for further features and synchronization.
Use this button if you already have events on Discord that you want to manage within Atomcal. This will import them so that Atomcal can add features like automated announcements and status tracking. - Import Existing Google Events
Manually fetches any missing events from Google Calendar.
If some events from Google Calendar haven’t been imported, use this button to sync them manually. This is helpful if new events were added to Google after the initial import.
Event Fix Tools
- Fix Discord Events

If you notice problems with event synchronization on Discord, click this button to troubleshoot and correct issues automatically in the background. - Fix Twitch Events
Requests a fix for any issues with Twitch events; completion may take a few minutes.
This action resolves synchronization problems with Twitch events. If events aren’t appearing or updating correctly on Twitch, use this button.
Announcement Management
- Announce Next Upcoming Event
Manually announces the next upcoming event if auto-announcement didn’t work.
If an upcoming event was not announced as expected, clicking this button will force the announcement to go through, ensuring your community stays informed. - Clean Up Past Announcements
Removes outdated announcements from your channels.
Over time, past announcements can clutter channels. Use this option to clean up old announcements, keeping the chat organized and focused on upcoming events.
Bulk Event Deletion
- Delete All Discord Events
Removes all events created on Discord by Atomcal.
This action deletes all Atomcal-managed events from Discord. Note that the events will still exist in Atomcal and can be recreated on Discord if needed. This is useful for a full reset or clearing up outdated events.
These actions provide essential tools to help you manage events, announcements, and synchronization across platforms. Use them as needed to ensure smooth operation of your scheduling and event announcements within Discord.
