Improved User Onboarding & Guidance

  • Users are now guided to create their first template when a new calendar is created.
  • If no templates exist, a helpful prompt flow is shown to guide setup.
  • Template guide always shows when no templates are found.
  • Discord announcement channels and other configuration guides have been added.

Template & Event Enhancements

  • Users can now create events without templates, whether 0 or multiple templates exist.
  • “Create New Guest Template” option is always visible in event settings.
  • Template description now supports Markdown formatting.
  • Template selection logic improved; no longer resets the title or auto-selects unintended templates.
  • Template settings can now be edited directly from Guest Management via a dedicated modal.
  • Added option to apply changes to parent template from within this modal.

Tickets, Specs, and Registration

  • If no tickets/specs exist for an event, those options are hidden to simplify the user experience.
  • Events without tickets now support a simplified "Register" button flow.
  • You can now add title/description to the registration form.
  • A "Registration Successful" modal is shown with user details post-registration.
  • Added a disclaimer checkbox in the registration flow for user consent.
  • Registration form is now visible even if no tickets exist (bug fixed).

Calendar & Event UX Improvements

  • Event description now saves correctly (was previously saved as a placeholder).
  • Fixed scrolling and modal stacking issues with extension and calendar settings.
  • After closing calendar settings, events opened via popups are now reopened automatically.
  • The "Create" button has been repositioned and visually improved.
  • Calendar location settings now support Google Calendar Places, Zoom, Google Meet, and Discord rooms.
  • Bug fixes around editing event titles and save state behavior.

Roles & Permissions Fixes

  • Fixed issues with host roles showing from the wrong server after switching.
  • Removed duplicate “Everyone” role.
  • Fixed permission logic — users with createEvent can now actually create events.
  • Host role set to "Everyone" now behaves correctly when applied.

Other Bug Fixes

  • Discord sign-in now much faster.
  • Fixed issue with duplicate user entries after joining a new Discord server.
