This will be a pre-con format event so that people can learn and enjoy the new decks. Guidelines : Precon decks +/- 10 card variance equaling no more than a $60 increase in value. (Deck value no more than $110) I will not be checking everyone's deck, but please be courteous of these rules and everyone else coming out to have a good time.
