Connect accounts

Atomcal Bot is built for Discord communities to automate event management by adding powerful features to events and guest interactions. Your journey on setting up the event starts from connecting accounts.

Sign in With Discord

1- Sign in with Discord on the website, and once you are set up, you will be able to see the servers you own.


2- Note that it might take a few seconds if the bot is under extreme load to process your signup request.

3- If the Atomcal bot isn’t installed in any of your servers yet, you will find an install button to get started!

After installing the bot successfully, refresh the dashboard and you can locate your server by just clicking on the bar that shows the Atomcal server.

Discord permission

The bot only requests the permissions it actually needs, based on the features you have enabled, to keep things simple and secure.

Make sure all boxes are checked!

Connect Google account

Connect your Google account for two-way syncing with Google Calendar. Just click the Connect Google Account button to grant access.

If you have many events, you will be asked to choose one before syncing. This way, you can select only the events that matter most to you.

Note: After connecting Google account you must create a new connection for it to work with  Google calendar. Old connections made without Google account won't sync with any Google calendar.
