Create an event

Atomcal -

Step 1: Event Creation

  • After setting up the Google\ discord accounts, you will be able to create an event.

Step 2: Updating the Event Title

  • Add event title

Step 3: Adjust the Event Time

  • Set the timings in which the event will take place.

Step 4: Open the Guest Template

  • Click on the Select a guest template field.
  • Search bar will appear with multiple options to select, e.g: custom color etc

Step 5: Add description

  • On the right, add description
  • beside there is a notification icon through which reminder is enabled for the event.
  • You will be able to see the user server.

A help button is present, which may provide guidance on managing event permissions.

  • Edit the server settings.

Step 6: Finalizing the Event

  • Click on the below create event button.
  • confirms participation or sends a ticket for access.
  • three RSVP buttons: 1- late , 2- not sure and 3-Absent

suggests users can confirm their attendance status.
