Notification Settings

This feature helps hosts automatically send reminder DMs to ticket holders before an event starts, ensuring guests are updated in advance.

How to Enable and Use:

  1. Toggle the switch at the top to enable DM reminders.
  2. Click "Add Notification" and fill in the following details:
  3. Enter the title of the event.

Recipient Options – Choose who should receive the reminder:

  • All ticket holders
  • Certain ticket type holders
  • Hosts only

Select when the reminder should be sent (e.g., 1 hour before the event).

4. Don’t forget to click "Save" to apply your notification settings.
