Once you are finish creating the event template, the next step you will see is  descriptions place holder, allows you to specify the details of new event.

The event descriptions can be predefined, making it easier to provide consistent details for similar events.

Want to keep details organized? you can add headings, include links, and format content into lists to simplify the event setup.
