Guest Management
When creating a new event, the host can manage the guest list. This functionality allows the host to control ticket distribution effectively.
Guest Templates
What are Guest Templates
Guest templates are pre defined configuration for an events guest management functionality. These templates help hosts pre-define sign up options during event creation.
There can be multiple of these templates to select. More details can be found here:

Select A Guest Template
There are various types of templates available, each displaying different ticket types.
At the top of the Guest List section, there is a refresh icon. By clicking this icon, the host can delete the existing template and create a new one tailored to their needs.
Next to the search bar, there is a filter icon that allows the host to view ticket holders based on their status—for example, all confirmed guests.
Additionally, there is an Invite Guest option that allows the host to add guests by entering their email addresses directly.
Guest Registration Flow
When a guest wants to signup to an event, they will have the option to select tickets. Upon clicking "Select Ticket", a form will appear where they can:
- Choose the ticket type
- Specify relevant ticket details/specifications
- Enter their name (optional)
- Provide their email address (optional)
- State the reason for ticket selection (optional)
Once the form is submitted and the changes are saved, the selected ticket will be confirmed and displayed in the Guest Management List.
Signup Management
Anyone with the event management permission can modify the guest tickets in the Ticket Holder section. By clicking on the three-dot menu (â‹®) displayed on each ticket, the host can perform the following actions:
- Approve the ticket - Confirms the guest's ticket, allowing them full access to the event as per the ticket type and specifications.
- Edit ticket details- Â Hosts can modify ticket details, including the ticket type, guest name, email, or reason for attendance. This is useful for correcting errors or updating guest information.
- Revoke the ticket – this action cancels the ticket and removes the holder’s access
