Plugins

This bot stands out because it has plugin system that extends the bot functionality and open API for external developers to build on top of it. Plugins already exists like email invitation plugin, activity logging plugin, google calendar sync plugin, twitch schedule plugin, and more are in development.

Dashboard

Atomcal also has a dashboard that works inside Discord via activity. Head over to https://atomcal.com to use the dashboard to create event. Dashboard can be used by multiple community members with appropriate admin or create event permissions. Other member can only view and join events but not edit them from the dashboard.

Commands

We do not have any commands other than /help command. Use the dashboard to add your events to your server. This is a conscious decision because there are already multiple sources of events and the command to create event experience is not very user friendly in our opinion.

However, if not having a command is deal breaker for you let us know and we can add something like /create-event [name] [time] to add new events.

2 way sync

Events can also be create how you would normally in Discord. When anyone in your server creates a Discord native event it will sync back to the dashboard (and beyond like Google calendar) and the event will have custom signup options if the server is properly configured from the dashboard.
