Purple Rising Kiki

We emerge, we arise for the long postponed, Purple Kiki Function by nxa 007 with Talal 007, supported by House Ball Scotland & Waverley Care in a special weekend to mark World Aids Day. The weekend will highlight the Black trans & queer community and ball scene’s roles in HIV and trans activism, as inherently linked through our lineage and those to come. For those who entered the ball scene post 2022, you are the Purple Era- you are now! Show us all of you, who inspires you, what you have come to bring to the scene, and who you want to inspire after you. All effects must have PURPLE as the dominant colour or feature of the look- make whatever effort you can in this short time you got this! Shoes don’t count, inspo pics not mandatory but welcome.
