[Rookie] The Case of the Mysterious Missing Caravans

The Council of Edinsvel have request aid of Sanctuary to deal with reports of caravans going missing along the trade route between Runatria and Edinsvel. You are to head to Cacaroo, a rest stop on said trade route, and investigate and/or find the cause of the missing caravans and report your finds back to the council.
