One calendar connection

Bring the schedule into the server

The extension connects an Atomcal calendar to a Discord guild. Enable the integration, choose its announcement channel and let the event record remain the source for the schedule.

Publish

Native Discord Scheduled Events

Atomcal creates, edits and removes corresponding Discord Scheduled Events when an enabled calendar’s events change. Voice-channel or location details can travel with the event where configured.

Announce

Updates where members look

Choose a Discord channel for the event announcement. When the linked event changes, the integration can refresh its Discord-side event and announcement rather than asking a moderator to repost it manually.

Responses remain attached

Members can respond through Discord’s event interactions; Atomcal stores the guest state against the event. Ticket choices, registration questions and waitlist settings are covered in the dedicated RSVP and guest-management guide.

Templates stay separate from extension pages. Discord event creation can apply a selected event template, including its ticket and waitlist defaults. Browse the official event-template library; this feature page does not create a parallel template catalog.

What it is—and isn’t. Discord Events is the server connection and publishing layer. Event sign-up rules live on the event’s ticket/registration setup; official templates are a separate reusable system. The bot must be installed and the calendar connected before server-side publishing can work.

FAQ

Discord Events, clearly explained

Does it create native Discord Scheduled Events?

Yes. The implementation creates and updates guild Scheduled Events from the connected Atomcal event and removes the Discord entry when the source event is deleted.

Where do members RSVP or choose tickets?

They can respond from Discord’s event interactions. Ticket menus, registration forms and guest-list details have their own RSVP and guest-management page.

Can I use an event template with it?

Yes. The Discord-side template-selection flow applies the selected template’s event defaults. The official template library is at /templates/.

Put your next event on the server schedule
