Global meeting planner
World time selector
Scan one shared timeline across cities, spot each place’s daytime and evening, then choose a meeting window without doing timezone math by hand.
Drag across hours to select; drag the band to move it or an edge to resize. Keyboard: click a start, then an end. Each column is one instant in every city.
Time preview
Hover over an hour to compare local times, or drag across the grid to select a window.
Hour colors are a consistent local-time guide, not a sunrise forecast. The grid uses real timezone rules for the selected date, including daylight-saving changes.
Getting started
How to find a time that works across cities
Use the shared timeline to compare the same instant in each location. The duration stays visible above the grid, while each city’s row shows its own local clock and part of day.
Set the date and timeline
Choose a date and the timezone that should label the columns. Add cities for the people who need to join, or remove a row you do not need.
Look for a comfortable overlap
Compare local hours row by row. Warm and cool tints mark daytime, evening, and night using the local clock, so late hours are easy to spot.
Select and fine-tune the window
Drag across the timeline, or click a start and an end. Drag inside the highlighted range to move it; pull either edge to change its length. The total hours and city-local times stay together above the grid.
Once you find a good slot, carry it into an international community calendar so a group can keep the event details and reminders in one place.
