Reports from your calendar

Make the next schedule decision with context

Enable the extension to build reports from the event and guest data already recorded in Atomcal. Choose the date range that matches the question you’re trying to answer.

Attendance

Find attendance patterns

Review guest-status attendance rates and trends across events, plus member-level engagement. Use those patterns to spot repeat participants and drop-off in the records.

Events

Compare event popularity

See which events attract more recorded guests and compare how turnout changes over time, helping hosts test dates and formats against the history they have.

Community

Follow community growth

Read growth metrics, summaries, charts and exportable reports from the Analytics dashboard. A calendar Boost unlocks longer history and deeper comparisons where supported.

Attendance means the event record, not a voice-presence audit. Reports classify guest statuses already stored for the event. They do not independently verify that someone joined a Discord voice channel or attended in person; data quality depends on how the event was recorded.

FAQ

Member Analytics, with useful boundaries

What does Atomcal count as attendance?

The reports use guest statuses stored on Atomcal events. They reflect the calendar’s attendance record rather than automatic detection of voice-channel presence.

Does it need a separate analytics setup?

The extension builds reports from existing event and guest data after it is enabled. Older history windows and some comparisons depend on the calendar’s Boost level.

Can I use the reports to choose better event times?

Attendance and event-popularity trends can help compare prior results. They are historical summaries, not a promise that a particular time will produce a turnout.
